Refund Policy

If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days
of the original purchase date.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the request must be submitted within 7
calendar days of purchase.
The product must be in its original
condition (None of the gold from the purchase has been spent),
and proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order
confirmation, must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
Purchases under $20 not eligible for refund.
Items purchased on
sale or at a discounted price are also non-refundable.
We are
unable to refund if any of the gold from the purchase has been used.

Once your
request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the
original payment method within 1-5 business days.
